Décor boutique borrowing
guidelines & Policies

To protect the integrity and aesthetic of our venues, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines when decorating for your special day:

01.

DO NOT use any tape, tacks, nails, or any other materials that will damage the surface of the walls, floors, doors, and furnishings

02.

Use of duct tape anywhere is NOT permitted (This includes floors, walls, doors, and all furnishings)

03.

Command strips are acceptable and should be removed at the end of the event by the borrower

04.

Glitter and sparkling confetti are NOT allowed due to the difficulty of cleanup and removal

05.

Only flameless candles can be used

06.

Red Oak Valley wall decorations and hangings CANNOT be removed at any time

07.

Unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed by Red Oak Valley, any and all personal decorations must be removed at the end of the event
