WHEN DO YOU OPEN?


We are actively booking weddings and events beginning in September 2020.




CAN I SCHEDULE A TOUR?


Seeing is believing, and we can’t wait for you to visit Red Oak Valley. Since we are in the middle of construction, we must be mindful of everyone’s safety. Tours must be scheduled in advance by appointment only. We do plan to host a few “touring” get-togethers soon, too — more details to come.




WE WANT TO HAVE OUR WEDDING AT RED OAK VALLEY. HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?


Yah! We are so happy you chose Red Oak Valley for your wedding day.

To reserve your date, please fill out this complimentary 5-day hold so that we can confirm the availability of your wedding date. If you prefer, you can also call us at 833-437-3737 to inquire about date availability.

Once you are confirmed, we will collect a $1,000 deposit and set up payment arrangements for the remaining amount due. We offer flexible payment options, including zero-interest monthly payments.




I HAVE A CATERER IN MIND THAT I’D LIKE TO USE. IS THIS ALLOWED?


You have the choice to use Red Oak Valley’s award-winning catering team or a catering service of your choosing. If you request a different food service company, your caterer must be pre-approved, and your caterer must provide a copy of their liability insurance at least 60-days before your wedding day. Your catering company shall be responsible for the set-up, break-down, and clean-up of the catered site. A caterer cleaning deposit of $150 is required. All vendors must adhere to the terms of the guidelines of Red Oak Valley.




CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?


Due to liability, we cannot allow you to bring in alcohol to Red Oak Valley. We use licensed bartenders and abide by local guidelines to ensure that you and your guests remain safe.




DO YOU ALLOW PETS?


Yes! We are pet friendly and invite you to include your special pet on your wedding day. All pets are the full responsibility of the wedding party and must be pre-approved. Pets must be current on vaccines, and an additional $150 refundable deposit will be required.




DO YOU PROVIDE SEATING FOR OUR CEREMONY?


Yes! Red Oak Valley will provide seating up to 300 guests at the ceremony location of your choice.




DO YOU HAVE INDOOR BATHROOMS?


Yes! Your guests will appreciate our spacious restrooms, located inside the Barn.




ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?


Yes! Red Oak Valley has spent a lot of time to ensure that all guests will have access to our fantastic venue. The parking lot, the Barn, and indoor bathrooms are all handicap accessible.

Most ceremony locations are also handicap accessible with sidewalks leading up to the ceremony site. On occasion, the wedding party may choose a unique ceremony location, off the beaten path, which could require additional accommodations.




DO YOU HAVE WIFI?


Never fear… we have high-speed internet at Red Oak Valley so you can easily snap, post, and stream whatever makes your heart happy.




WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE PLANNED AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY AND IT RAINS?


Rain or shine, Red Oak Valley offers you so many options. If you have selected an outdoor ceremony space and inclement weather occurs, we can move your ceremony inside the Barn. You will not be disappointed when saying your 'I do's' underneath the Barn's 25 ft window feature.




DO YOU HOST WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS ON HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS?


Yes. However, staffing may be limited on certain holidays so that we can allow our staff to celebrate with their loved ones too. Please give our office a call for full availability.




CAN WE CREATE OR BRING IN OUR OWN CEREMONY AND RECEPTION DECORATIONS?


Yes, if the decorations can be displayed without causing damage to the property, we are happy to allow you to personalize the space. When decorating, you should not use any tape, tacks, nails, or any other materials that will damage the surface of the walls and floors. Command strips are a good choice and should be removed at the end of the event. Duct tape is NEVER allowed to be used either on the floor or the walls. Glitter and sparkling confetti are not permitted due to the difficulty of clean up. If candles are used, they must be placed in a glass container. Unless other arrangements have been made, all decorations must be removed by the expiration of the Rental Period.




WHAT IF GUESTS WANT TO STAY BEYOND OUR ALLOWED TIME?


Red Oak Valley is such a fun venue; we understand why you would want to stay longer! That said, in fairness to all the couples we serve, we cannot allow guests to remain beyond their contracted time. Our staff needs ample time to prepare for the next event, so each couple gets the same level of excellence.




WILL SOMEONE BE ON PROPERTY TO HELP ME ON MY WEDDING DAY?


Yes. We have a site coordinator that will help guide you through the entire process, from booking to the celebration.




ARE WE REQUIRED TO CLEAN?


Leave the major cleaning to us. We do ask that each couple remove any decor, florals, or personal property. Any large rental items must be removed or picked up by noon the day following the event. If you use the farmhouse or any of our other beautiful spaces, we ask that those spaces be free of debris and garbage. Guest must have left the farmhouse by 11 am.
