ASSORTED QUICHES

A mix of four mini gourmet quiches: quiche Lorraine, spinach quiche, Monterey jack cheese quiche, and garden vegetable quiche.

TENDERLOIN OF BEEF ENCROUTE

Succulent pieces of tender beef combined with a blend of shallots, mushroom, and onions wrapped in a puff pastry dough.

 

STUFFED MUSHROOMS

A mixture of spicy Italian sausage, seasoned bread crumbs, oregano, onions, and mushrooms stuffed in atender mushroom cap.

 

GORGONZOLA CRANBERRY TART

Cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, and walnuts nestled in a puff pastry tart.

 

ANTIPASTO SKEWER

Sundried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, artichoke heart quarters, roasted red pepper and kalamata olives elegantly arranged on bamboo skewer and brushed with Italian-herbed marinade

ASSORTED MINI CHEESECAKES

Smooth and creamy cheesecakes placed inside our signature recipe crust and finished off with a decadent fruit topping. Toppings include chocolate curls, cherry, pineapple, lemon coconut, and peanut butter.

Payment for bar package is due thirty days before your event. Additional hours are to be paid at the completion of the event.

HOUSE BAR

$13 Per Person

Open bar for 100 guests or more. Standard bar contains your choice of mixed drinks, house beer, and wine.

 

Includes 4-hours of open bar. $3.00 per person for each additional hour.

PREMIUM BAR

$15 Per Person

Open bar for 100 guests or more. Premium bar contains your choice of mixed drinks, premium beer, and wine.

 

Includes 4-hours of open bar. $3.00 per person for each additional hour.

CASH BAR

Bartender Fee: $195

$500 Minimum.

Parties of 75 or more require two bartenders.

Parties of 200 or more require three Bartenders.

Cash Bar

Select from a house or premium cash bar. Choose and pay for drinks with a minimum sale of $500.

Red Oak Valley bartenders will collect payment for each drink as it is served. Prices per serving include sales tax. Both credit card and cash are accepted forms of payment.
